Have you ever considered whether you could make your boating experience that little bit more enjoyable, perhaps a little bit safer, all executed with a little bit more confidence?

KNOWLEDGEABLE

Perhaps you’ve acquired new equipment or already have something that you’ve felt you were not making the best use of. Or maybe you’d like to revisit some of the basics to reinforce your skills and enhance your and your crew’s time on the water.

LEARNING

Own boat tuition is an ideal way for you, your family and regular crew to get more from your boat. A half day or full day programme can be tailored precisely to your needs, with expert coaching, supporting practical and theoretical development. 

PASSIONATE

After thirty-seven years in the Royal Navy, Alastair is still passionate about spending time on the water and sharing that passion with others. Yachting is his principal interest but he is willing to consider any enquiries relating to boating. Tuition is delivered to RYA standards and thus forms ideal preparation towards formal RYA qualifications, or for the International Certificate of Competence (ICC) assessment.

RATES

£125 for half a day (4 and a half hours); £230 for a full day (9 hours). £215 per day for two or more days, with overnight on board options available if it would suit.
